Mentoring

Mentoring for either whole team or team supervisor is available to teachers from us. Margaret supervises a number of Kindergarten teachers and whole teams (references available on request). Motivational Interviewing

A full day course for those who really want to get to grips with Motivational Interviewing. The day will investigate what it is, and when to use it. How Motivational Interviewing works and when it won't work, how to do it! This day will focus on work with individuals. Motivational Interviewing is an interviewing technique that promotes ownership of problems and creates willingness and skill to make positive change.

The most effective strategy to facilitate change in adults and students who do not want to change!

Team Building

A full or part day course that focuses on working together as a team. How to work with each individuals needs and values, why people behave as they do, and how to work with this! Plus the introduction of 'The Problem Solving Circle'.
