Teaching Motivation to the Unmotivated Student

Who: Year 2 teachers and beyond. PCT 2 – Provisionally Certified Teachers

A full day course that considers the idea of motivation along with future focused students and goals. It investigates ‘the marshmallow experiment’, and how this is relevant in today’s teaching climate. Come prepared to be challenged in your thinking of what motivation is and what the ingredients look like. Learn how to manipulate goals and motivational ideas to get the best outcome for your self and your students. Not recommended for the un-motivated!
